twas’ the nite bfor penang. was hoping jz now dat sum1 wil bring me out. turns out dat sum1 was my dad, mom, n bro for a quiet dinner! HA! fat hope. neway, i noe dat everyone’s vvv ultra busy packing, others preparin to go to skool tomoro.

was telling my fren jz now how much i hate noe-ing dat everything will go on jz perfectly alrite without me in the picture- signifies how unsignificant ONE human being is in a society (well, in SOME ways, ONE person is indeed SIGNIFICANT, i guess… i dunno how to describe).

neway, the perfect example was dear old ken. went back to vsit baby bfor leavin for penang, and our good friend over there refuses to even acknowlege me- jz pretendd he didn see me. finally, he gav me his favourite hippo. aih- tot so i lookd like gloria. jz hated the fact dat it was pointed out to me by a 1+ year old kid!

neway, i dunno y i sounded so gloomy on my last blog-  hormone imbalance??? haha… neway, i wish everyone happiness and joy. and hope dat i dun turn into super gloria when i return from penang.

30th June, 2005. well, today’s my last day in kl for about erm… 2 months (i think). things r still left unpackd downstairs, certs r still strewn all over my desk, and my best fren is coming back to kl- after i leave for penang. whew… packing is definitely not for the faint-hearted!

dun feel like going anywhere today (too much shopping?). am saving tonite for close frens. was wide awake early dis morning due to a jolt from the dentist- did scaling and polishing at 9am jz now. teeth now sparkling clean, gums r suffering… the price to pay for a little beauty?

rabbit’s avoidding me, dunno y? fishes kept sucking my finger. im missing home already, before leavin it!

wel, il leave the cheering up to my frens i hope to c tonite. mayb il feel better after dat? frens r the best remedy for a damp mood, dun u agree?

aikkkkks! im busy as a bee,and the  humming noise is causing me major headahe! u see, conveniently, the flu virus had chosen dis memorable week to hijack me, hence causing me triple headache- flu, luggage bag and aso my shoppin list! aiyaya…

and to add to my happy week, the registration day has been forwarded to the 2nd, hence iv gotta go to penang on friday! one day less… oni now dat i dawnd on me dat 24 hours is indeed v gold, platinum, saphhire, ruby, … valuable.

worst of all, i cant catch up wit my yee yee,and a coupla dear old frens who’r coming back to m’sia in july. and to top it up, im gonna miss the anticipated myvi ride!!!! yer…

well, good luck to everyone who’s preparing for uni, and aso kudos to those who had endured the gigantic task of packing up to study abroad (nasib baik im not facing dat big of a dilemma). haha…

so it’s been confirmd… il b goin to penang on the 2nd july. so now it’s time for the inevitable frens n shopping!!! (i guess those who’r goin overseas are facing worse dilemma than dis!poor souls…)

and so iv been having drinks wit all sorts of frens, cathing up wit everyone (actually i think gossipping might b a better word!). so iv been havin a super time kepo-ing wit everyone, mit-ing sum dat iv havn seen for ages… happy

den the nx ting to kacau me is shopping! to many gals, shopping is like vanilla ice cream topped wit lots of choc fudge, minus the humongous calories, but to me… it’s sumting like erm… peria- u dun like it, but it’s act good to u in sum ways. and so, i spent a whopping 7+ hours wandering along the corridors of isetan, parkson, and metrojaya, haunting the womens’ dept hoping to find sumting dat i can act wear. wut fun!!! aih… after 3 hours, iv oni managed to get one white polo tee. but hard work rilly pays la, cz after 7+ hours, my back pack is pregnant wit 3 shirts, one jeans, and 3 pairs of spanking new longeries. heck, i even managed to throw in 2 bottles of pringles! hehe…

wud like to point out sumting: shopping for collared shirts is one heck of a diff task, if u ask me. i mean for the girls, of course. u cant hv sumting too formal but if it’s not formal, then it wudn b collard, rite? so, the oni alternativ is polo tees- nice to look, nice to see, and aso nice to the wallet! ha…

thank god!!! yippee!!! im going into USM in penang to study architecture! yesh! even dat means dat i hv to giv up my medical dreams, im still vvv grateful dat im given a course dat iv chosen. so once again, thank u god!!!

im gonna eat all the char kuey teow i want =)

hehe… sori ler. false alarm. the gov’s postponed the results to the 24th (which is today). so … here i am again, heart’s gonna pop outta my ribcage, tryin to access the website. well, mayb it’s not effectiv durin midnite. mayb il oni find out abt the results during godly hours (in the late morning, not this early morning). mayb the gov’s gonna postpone it again…

jz gotta let dis out. am jz abt to check the results of my uni application and am nervous like iv nvr been bfor. let’s jz hope for the best (other than dat, i guess there’s nothing else to do, eh?). well, wish me luck =)

haha, today’s all about eating. gona turn into gloria (hippo from madagascar) soon!!! cham….

lunch’s buffet at legend hotel… food’s not rilly nice-u noe wut they say abt hotel food … but the interesting is, there’s a humongous crowd at the buffet. gotta line up like going up a bus to get the main courses… felt like i was in prison waiting for my makanan… kl-ites muz b a hungry lot. they sapu-ed the main course in 1hour!!! wah!!!

dinner’s in a restaurant dat’s situated in the middle of nowhere- on a hill, beside a pond, in a forest in the ulu langat (i think mz b sumwer near the place wer we take driving lessons). it’s rilly a nice place to hv dinner cz the food there is beautiful and there’s a light cool breeze accompanying dinner. not bad!

too bad my gum’s swelld twice the original size and is wonderfully painful!! else il enjoy dinner much much much more! sad, but still yummy…

2.15am sunday morning- swollen gums are still producing a mind-numbing, throbbing, PAINFUL sensation since 2 days ago, oni it got worse last nite. aih…

very tired, but cant sleep. jz finishd watching bicentennial man- it’s about an android wanting badly to be a human. got me thinking- funny how tis robot wanted ever so badly to b human wen WE humans are forever lamenting about how boring, bad, unkind life is. dat darn android showd me all the good tings about life dat i took for granted- taste, heartbeat, the ability to make mistakes wen we knew all along dat it’s not rite to do so (i.e. following wut our heart says), love, feelings… it’s jz wonderful. it is, honestly. funny how iv never stop and appreciate all the tings dat im blessed wit.

guess we’r all blessed, huh? sumtimes, wen everything’s gone wrong and the whole world crumbles down… dun sigh, lament or giv up. look closely and it might jz b a blessing in disguise. 

one fine day, i heard the skool got blood donation drive. so, i kepo kepo go organise a blood donation outing among my two frens and my bro. mana tau, everone donated xcept the organiser!!! malunya….! cis cis cis!!!the nurse wudn let me donate due to low bp (according to her old bp machine la). well, mayb iv been dormant for too long, so my whole system’s gone into the hibernation mode! itulah…. laze around for two months ledi…

but being back in skool’s fun. saw lotsa peps, teachers and frens. even managed to bump into two same-batch frens! ul never noe wut’s gonna happen in life, i guess… hehe

then went to bb to look for dad’s father’s day present lo, wanto find wallet pun susah. he la, weird taste wan, want the cards compartment to b diagonal instead of the normal horizontal ones… memang weird…

got a postcard from a fren today. really nice. thanks a mill- briten my day, really. rest assured dat im reading ur blog,k? so im more updated than u think!hehe… act, i think the mere act of sending sum1 a postcard can rilly make sum1’s day! so u peps out there, send more postcards to anybody u wanto see the smile =)

righto. another week till the uni results come out… sigh
